It's a clean property, really comfortable stay on holidays. Unbeatable location if in need to be close enough to the shopping mall, Avenida shopping center. Amicable and kind staff with good travel recommendations...
I really enjoyed the apartment though some things didn't work.

We had a pleasant stay at Farol De Vida. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to Praça da República. The host was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we found the accommodations to be of good value considering the affordable price. we would recommend this place for a family stay.
We did encounter a few drawbacks during our stay. The water heater in the apartment was not very effective, resulting in quickly running out of hot water.

The value for money at Farol De Vida was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was ideal, despite the steep hills, and the staff treated us with great kindness and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
Breakfast choices could be more diverse, offering a wider variety of options.

I had a very pleasant stay at a guest house in Coimbra. The owner was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They even drove me to the city center in the rain to find a restaurant for dinner. The kitchen and dining room were spacious, and there was a washing machine and dryer available. The sitting area was cozy and inviting. I had a great experience and would recommend this place to others.

Clean and well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. the staff/owner was very nice and accommodating. the location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful surroundings, making our stay very relaxing.
The check-in process was a bit confusing and strange, as there was no one present at the hotel. We had to call a number and open the door with a code and a key.
